SCOTT VEAZEY
Principal
Scott is a Principal at Clearhaven Partners where he develops and pursues investment theses, leads due diligence on new investments and works closely with Clearhaven's portfolio companies. Scott joined Clearhaven as a Vice President in 2020.
Prior to joining Clearhaven, Scott was a Vice President at BV Investment Partners, where he focused on both majority and minority investments in software and technology-driven businesses. Prior to BV, Scott was a member of the leveraged buyout team at H.I.G. Capital Partners – a global private equity firm focused on control investments in the middle market. Scott began his career in M&A at Barclays Capital in New York.
Scott earned his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Boston College (Summa Cum Laude) and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
