FENN HOFFMAN

Senior Associate

Fenn is a Senior Associate at Clearhaven. Fenn joined Clearhaven as an Associate in 2021.

Prior to joining Clearhaven, Fenn was a member of the investment team at Rockbridge Growth Equity, where he focused on majority and minority investments in software and technology enabled businesses. Prior to Rockbridge, Fenn spent several years on the enterprise software research team at Evercore, where he covered mid-cap and large-cap software stocks across a variety of sub-sectors. He also previously consulted for Google and worked at a startup software company where he was the third employee, wore many hats and worked with Fortune 500 brands.

Fenn earned his MBA with High Distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and his BA in English and Art from Williams College.
