Watson joined Clearhaven Partners as an Associate in 2025.
Previously, Watson spent four years at Oliver Street Capital, a real estate private equity firm specializing in industrial assets across supply-constrained markets on the East Coast. He began his career in the Financial Sponsors Group at Truist Securities, where he advised clients on leveraged finance and M&A transactions.
Watson earned a B.A. from Harvard University in History, with a specific focus on World War II. While at Harvard, he was a member of the Constitutional Law Society and played on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team, earning USILA Scholar All-American honors in 2020.
